Update on My Palate Cleanse
The past few days have been difficult. I did have to add in protein to my tomato veggie soup after the first day. For lunch I added 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and for supper lean grass fed hamburger. Just being real with you all and letting you know my struggles. Today I had eggs for breakfast instead of the green juice. Even though the sugars in the juice are fruit I really feel like it was too much sugar for my system and that adding protein is more important. Every one is different and I know I would have a lot of difficulty with being a vegetarian. 🙂 I like meat. I just like to make sure that whomever I am getting the meat from is raising their animals in a humane manner before their life is ended. Read More
