I needed a laugh today and my silly beagle let me get his happy dance on video. Hope you all enjoy his fun antics. If you listen close you can hear him run up the stairs and back down.

I have been wanting to share my ideas and struggles with others in hopes that I might be of help to other people with similar struggles and that by making it more of a discussion we might be able to help each other grow and become all that we were intended to be. My idea for this blog is to start a conversation and share ideas. I love coffeehouses - I used to co-manage one. To me cafes and coffeehouses are gathering places to talk about ideas and this life journey we are all on. Hence the name Metamorphosis Cafe.
